Large scale, unexplained reversion edit

A reversion that results in large scale, unexplained, disruptive changes should be explained and discussed in advance. 2601:401:503:62B0:656D:CAA7:3AB4:D12A (talk) 17:16, 3 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Merger / redirect proposal edit

The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section. A summary of the conclusions reached follows.
The result of this discussion was to proceed with the merger.

The U.S.-focused orphan articles, Types of fraud in asbestos claims and RICO suits in asbestos litigation (United States) are redundant of Asbestos and the law (United_States) and do not appear to be justifiable as a stand-alone articles. The fraud article seems adequately replaced with a redirect to Asbestos and the law (United_States)#Common defenses. Arllaw (talk) 03:04, 21 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Another possible candidate for merger, Asbestos bankruptcy trusts. Arllaw (talk) 03:09, 21 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
The article Types of fraud in asbestos claims was removed for reasons unrelated to this merger proposal. I have added a redirect as described above.Arllaw (talk) 18:52, 26 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
As the reasons that this merger might have been contentious appear resolved by the sockpuppet investigation, and as I anticipate no discussion or objection, I proceeded with the merger.Arllaw (talk) 20:32, 26 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
