In the large picture, what are the grey fibers?

In the large (excellent) picture, the text that points to the anterior chamber has a line coming from it which then indicates a span of space. That line actually ends directly within a vertical structure of grey fibers.

1. What are those grey fibers? In a 'companion' article, (the anterior segment of the eyeball), another picture, (second one down, there), seems to show this as trabecular meshwork, and I wonder if I'm understanding that correctly, and if that meshwork is not within the optical path of the eye, bur rather borders the cornea?
2. And are the two grey lines outside the two sides of that structure parts of the iris?
3. And the space between the inner part of the cornea and the first of those grey lines is aqueous humor?
4. And could that information be added to the diagram? (I don't know how, nor if I'm right.) UnderEducatedGeezer (talk) 02:58, 9 August 2020 (UTC)
