Motel edit

"During his frequent travels, Motelchiuhzin preferred to rest at night quite close to the main roads, giving us the word "motel.""

This sounds suspicious. According to the motel article, the word is a portmanteau of motor and hotel. Xavius, the Satyr Lord (talk) 20:09, 8 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Clearly nonsense, the recent addition by anon ip has now been reverted.--cjllw ʘ TALK 01:15, 10 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Beginning of Andres de Tapia's office as ruler of Tenochtitlan edit

The year when Andres de Tapia is supposed to have started his office (1525) should be checked.

According to this page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juan_Velázquez_Tlacotzin Juan Velasquez Tlacotzin was ruler from 1525 to 1526, and died in 1526.

Andres de Tapia, conquistador edit

Andres de Tapia, according to several Google search results, was one of Cortes' men - a conquistador, who subsequently, like Bernal Diaz del Castillo, wrote an account of the conquista but centered on Cortes.

This whole page seems suspicious as I did not find at this moment anything about his being a ruler of Tenochtitlan (not to mention his alleged name "Motelchiuh").

More research is needed.
