Who's handling DVD sales?

I've read from a source that 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment is handling the sales for Anchor Bay/Starz for DVDs. But suddenly on the DVDs today, I see a white sticker with the abbreviations "SPHE". Could it be that Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is handling the market sales for Anchor Bay/Starz Home Entertainment? Because I see no source on that. All I saw on Google was 'Starz/SPHE'.
