Fact Check Correction : No. of Blocks edit

Blocks mentioned here are 10 in number. However the official district website [1] lists 9 of them. Is it possible to verify which is correct. Also, I seem to be encountering similar issues with other districts of the UP state.

Also does anyone know if there is any discussion/talk between wikipedians and NIC, ie the org that maintains the district websites, to keep data updated?

This is my first edit. Appreciate any help.
