Nutrition Section

I have 3 comments about this page:

1. This page seems biased towards almond butter. Explains all the positives of almond butter and barely brushes on the negatives. It does not give the full picture- it is important to check ingredients in both almond butter and peanut butter. Peanut butter is still a good choice and is actually higher in some vitamins and minerals

2. The fact about legumes seems super random and was distracting.

3. Reading the wikipedia page was like reading the source. Copied information without quoting/ citing it
