Who is Yang Teramat Mulia?

Is Yang Teramat Mulia an alternate name for Al-Muhtadee Billah Bolkiah? [1] Hall Monitor 21:43, 19 July 2005 (UTC)

The title "Yang Teramat Mulia" is an equivalent to "His/Her Excellency". Well, in the case of Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah, it's of course "His Excellency" ;) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 61.6.228.97 (talk) 02:49, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

Not a commonwealth citizen?

The entry on Brunei states that it is part of the Commonwealth of Nations, yet the entry on the prince states that he could not receive the title of "sir" and the common honorary cross, because he is NOT a citizen of the commonwealth.
