@Edgenut: Re edit summary How old do you think he was? Is there anything to suggest he was born in the 2nd century BC? It does not matter how old I think he is. You have no source showing that he was born, per the category, in the 1st century BC. You need a source. It is not common knowledge, even if likely, that this obscure historical figure was born in that century. Things can only be added to categories when they are verifiable: Do not categorize people based upon deduction, inference, residence, surname, nor any partial derivation from one or more ancestors. Doing so would be original research. Inclusion of people in a category must be based on verifiability from reliable sources. WP:PEOPLECAT.
