Fair use rationale for Image:AbraKadabraPromo.jpg

Image:AbraKadabraPromo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. That aside, there are subjects that the character is linked to that do bring the importance up above "Low": At the very least looking at Flash (comics) in general and Flash (Barry Allen) and Wally West specifically. - J Greb 07:13, 14 July 2007 (UTC)
