I created a company page for A Place for Mom because I think it is a notable company based on the service they provide to seniors and the recognition they've received from the business community. I've sited my research and references, but the page is scheduled to be deleted. I modeled the page after similar senior housing pages already posted, like Atria Senior Living. I am not sure how to save it from being deleted.

Reason to Keep this Article

I feel that this article should be left on Wikipedia. It clearly spells out the intent of "A Place for Mom". It serves a useful purpose by showing that the recommend facilities are paying for their services and you can not discern that from the website. Knowing the intent behind a website is crucial to understanding the bias of the website.

More articles like that are needed to "educate" the users of websites to possible bias by the website. It would be a dis-service to remove the article.

These article (while either totally favorable of A Place for Mom)indicates it's importance. It would be ageist to delete the article. Sources:

A Place for Mom provides a valuable role within the senior living industry, is a company with $50m+ revenue and is in the media enough that people would want to be able to look it up and learn what it is. Senior Counseling

Are there any senior counselors that we can meet w in San Antonio? We moved mom into independent living a week ago and she can’t accept that she won’t be moving back into her house alone once her 1 yr lease is up. Language used in commercial is archaic!

I am a retired registered nurse. I see the commercials on television where a daughter/nurse voices her concerns about her mother. She verbalizes that her “training” tells her that her mother requires more care than she is able to administer. Training????? Nurses are not trained, like circus animals, they are educated! If you need any assistance in writing your commercials, please do not hesitate to contact me.
