First Amendment Question edit
It seems that the lobbying restrictions would be a violation of the first amendment free speech clause, though I can find no supreme court cases on point. It would help the subject matter if it could be presented a theory on the relation of 501(c)(3) in the first amendment context. 98.178.179.240 (talk) 06:00, 17 May 2020 (UTC)
