is there a reason for: Julian calendar 46 BC | XLV BC considering XLV is 45, not 46?

That is a thing to ponder. The year 1BC is given the roman numeral N. So esseintialy a year zero is shoehorned on a numbering system that doesn't have a zero and lacking in the one that does have.--Nngnna (talk) 09:12, 3 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
