Has anybody got the complete citation for the "Cafe Royal Bar Book"? I could not find it anywere. --DrJunge (talk) 10:11, 11 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for pointing this out. It turns out the cocktail was created before the new locomotives were designed in 1938 so it is just connected to the train generally and not to the new locomotives. Also, I had the title of the book wrong which is why you couldn't find it. I have corrected that and added a cite and also a link to the book. -- purplechick (talk) 23:20, 12 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
