Sessions has NOT announced yet... edit

...Sessions has NOT announced yet so the sentence in the summary stating that he will run in 2020 is premature. I have removed that sentence. I have also moved his declared entry back to potential. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.246.254.12 (talk) 17:32, 9 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned references in 2020 United States Senate election in Alabama edit

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of 2020 United States Senate election in Alabama's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "primary results":

  • From Mo Brooks: Bloch, Matthew; Lee, Jasmine (August 15, 2017). "Alabama Election Results: Two Republicans Advance, Democrat Wins in U.S. Senate Primaries". The New York Times. Archived from the original on November 9, 2018. Retrieved August 15, 2017.
  • From 2017 United States Senate special election in Alabama: Bloch, Matthew; Lee, Jasmine (August 15, 2017). "Alabama Election Results: Two Republicans Advance, Democrat Wins in U.S. Senate Primaries". The New York Times. Retrieved August 15, 2017.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 22:51, 27 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Trump's endorsement edit

The fact that Trump endorsed Tommy Tuberville over Jeff Sessions should be included somewhere in the article. Disoriented1 (talk) 05:21, 31 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
