Infobox edit

No infobox is included on the article at the present moment due to the changes since 2014 which make its use inappropriate in the current moment: for example, it is impossible to correctly represent the distribution of parties and groups given the splintering of the electoral coalitions of 2014 and also those of parties themselves (there are members of the FN in the ENF and non-inscrits, as well as those who quit to join Philippot's movement Les Patriotes. Therefore the number of seats for both LR within EPP and EPP exists that of FN within ENF and ENF, which makes the usual practical infobox comparison – by listing parties in the order of number of seats they won in the previous election – nonsensical. There isn't an obvious order that makes sense. Furthermore, the leaders to display are not obvious: while the leaders of some delegations, such as LR/FN, are unambiguous, when it comes to ALDE, for example, there is no single leader that can be identified; rather, these are stratified across its member parties, the Alternative having been only an electoral list in the first place in 2014. My suggestion would be to add the infobox only once the national lists are known, and even then, to omit mentions of seats and previous results if needed, as a result. Addition errors? edit

RN Seats before = 16; Seats won = 23; Seat change = 1. Looks like plus seven for me. Creuzbourg (talk) 13:10, 27 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

All comparisons are made with the previous election. Mélencron (talk) 13:31, 27 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
