@Bs1jac and Lugnuts: Wow. Singapore keeps on giving shock results. First they qualified for the T20 WC qualifier, then they almost won the tournament in Malaysia and now they defeated a test nation Zimbabwe. They are a team to watch for. Human (talk) 16:05, 29 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

@A Simple Human: Well they did for Nepal twice, so it's not all bad for Zim. Nepal are a little overrated in my opinion... they have a lot of passionate supporters so we hear a lot about them, but I wouldn't say the team appears to be all that much better than say the other top 10 or so associate sides. @Bs1jac: Nepal actually had a rapid rise like Afghanistan, promoting from division six to division two in 8 years and eventually winning that too twice. But that's it. Their development stopped there. The emergence of this so called Nepalese fans increased when Sandeep Lamichhane was picked in the IPL. The only player worth watching from their team is Paras Khadka. I think it's their mentality to exaggerate stuffs, like calling Khadka a legend although their cricket history is fairly new. But I think by popularity, cricket still has a long way to go in Nepal as I saw them being mad about football the last time I visited their country. Human (talk) 16:36, 2 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
