No topscorer section

The topscorer section is missing. The history shows possible vandalism at 8AM this morning, but i'm not seeing a topscorer list anymore... MLtinus [TALK] 13:16, 2 March 2015 (UTC)

Barca qualified to Champions League?

Shouldn't the table be updated to show that Barcelona has clinched a spot in at least the playoff stage of the champions league? They are 15 points clear of 5th place Sevilla, with 15 points left in play, but have the head-to-head tie break against Sevilla (5-1 win in Barcelona, 2-2 draw in Seville). Almería affaire

There is a controversy between LFP and RFEF about the sanction to Almería deducting them 3 points. LFP does not apply the sanction in its website (used as source of the league table) but the Spanish Federation does it (link). The final decision won't be known probably until the end of the season. I think it would be good to mention this fact (there are sources at least in Spanish) somewhere in the article. Asturkian (talk) 22:33, 30 April 2015 (UTC)

Copa del Rey winner ticket to Europe

I'm looking for something that show me why Athletic didn't recieve already the ticket for Europa League. in 2009 for instance, Athletic promote to europe before the Copa del Rey final was played. And now I see at the media that the fight for the 7th place is now open.

@OrGW1899: This year the rule changed. If Barça wins the Copa del Rey, the place will not go to the runner-up; it will be for the 7th qualified. You can see it in the 2015–16 UEFA Europa League article. Asturkian (talk) 07:28, 8 May 2015 (UTC)

@OrGW1899: In the section "Format changes": Should the domestic cup winners qualify for the Champions League, the cup runners-up will no longer be granted a spot in the Europa League, and the spot will be given to the highest-placed team in the league which have not yet qualified for European competitions. @Asturkian: In this link from MARCA, they claim Espanyol have still a chance of getting the ticket to the Europa League. How is it possible, as they lost 3-1(and won 1-0) againt Athletic and 3 points down?

It's possible for Espanyol, Athletic and Rayo to all end at 52 points. They have respectively 7, 6 and 4 points in a 3-way head-to-head. PrimeHunter (talk) 08:28, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
