I think the impact of paying back 3 billion dollars plus interest in bonds is worth mentioning for such an indebted state. Also, I think it should be mentioned somewhere that the state has yet to benefit in anyway from this expenditure. - Schrandit 16:16, 22 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
