1941 edit

The area of deployment of the division in 1941 as part of the 65 Corps is very close to where another source reports is, so I would propose the division was redeployed during the early part of fighting, but further research is required.--mrg3105 (comms) ♠♣ 01:07, 28 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Graduates edit

The article currently states that The officers of the division were by and large graduates from the Vilnius infantry academy [citation needed], who had been evacuated after the invasion to Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo Oblast.. This seems rather fishy, as the Soviets owned the city for roughly a year prior to the Barbarossa, which doesn't seem enough to establish an infantry academy, let alone produce any graduates. Same for Lithuanian period - the Lithuanian occupation of the town lasted less than a year. Are there any sources for that? //Halibutt 02:23, 8 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
