Tahzeeb Alam Siddique (Bengali: তাহজীব আলম সিদ্দিকী) is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and the incumbent Member of Parliament from Jhenaidah-2.TAHZEEB ALAM SIDDIQUE born on July 23, 1975, is an Ivy League alumnus who completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University and a postgraduate Master’s degree from the University of Oxford. He is the eldest son of the late Mr. Noor-E-Alam Siddique. Tahzeeb is a pioneer in the private power generation industry in Bangladesh and currently serves as the Managing Director of Doreen Power Generations and Systems Ltd. and Doreen Power House and Technologies Ltd. He has been instrumental in diversifying the company's businesses while consolidating its existing operations. Under his leadership, the company's capacity has grown significantly. Alongside his business responsibilities, Tahzeeb maintains a moral balance with his political life. He currently serves as a Member of Parliament. Highly experienced in the trade, it is no surprise that Tahzeeb is a renowned personality. A broader vision and a goal-oriented mindset make him a dynamic businessman. Early life edit

Mr. Tahzeeb Alam Siddique was born on 23 July 1975. He successfully completed his Master's degree in Public Administration, graduating from Cornell University in Ithaca, NewYork, USA in 2003.[2] His father, Nur-E-Alam Siddique, was one of the 4 leadres (Caliph) of Bangladesh Chhatra League and he too was an Independent Member of Parliament.[3]

Tahzeeb Alam Siddique was elected to Parliament on 5th January 2014 from Jhenaidah-2 as an independent candidate.[4]Tahzeeb Alam Siddque is the Proprietor & Managing Director of Doreen Power Generations & Systems Limited,being given the contract to build a power plant in Singair Upazila named Manikganj Power Generations Limited. The company has been accused wrongly of disrupting the flow of Dhaleshwari River during construction of the power plant.[5]
