Slavko Vinčić (born 25 November 1979) is a Slovenian professional football referee. He has been full international for FIFA since 2010. Vinčić went to UEFA Euro 2012 as additional assistant in the team of Damir Skomina.

Slavko Vinčić was a referee during the match between the EA Guingamp and Dynamo (K) in the round of 32 of 2014–15 UEFA Europa League and showed two red cards to Dynamo Kyiv players. There was some controversy about the red cards.
