Silviu Stănculescu (Romanian pronunciation: [ˈsilvju stəŋkuˈlesku]; 24 January 1932 – 23 October 1998) was a Romanian actor.[1] He appeared in more than forty films from 1960 to 1998.

Born in Timișoara, he graduated in 1956 from the I.L. Caragiale Institute of Theatre and Film Arts (IATC) in Bucharest. He married Corina Stănescu, with whom he had a daughter, Catrinel Stănescu Florea.
Stănculescu died of leukemia at Victor Babeș Hospital in Bucharest, at age 66.[1] He was buried in the city's Bellu Cemetery, on the Artists' Lane.[2]
