Siddhant Chaturvedi (born 29 April 1993) is an Indian actor.[1] He made his first appearance in a web-series named Inside Edge in 2017 and then ventured into Bollywood with the critically acclaimed Gully Boy in 2019[2].

Early LifeEdit

A graduate from Mithibai College, Siddhant was pursuing a career in Chartered Accountancy, balancing it with theatre.

CareerEdit

He gained recognition[3][4][5][6] for his Bollywood debut alongside Ranveer Singh in the critically acclaimed film Gully Boy , directed by Zoya Akhtar[7] where he plays the character of a street rapper named M.C.Sher. His other work includes starring in a television youth sitcom Life Sahi Hai (by Luv Ranjan), followed by the web series "Inside Edge". This Amazon series was nominated for Best Drama series at the International Emmy Awards. He has also featured in a series of TV commercials, including an international advertisement campaign for Coca-Cola. He is also currently endorsing Tata Harrier. He has won Bombay Clean and Clear Fresh Face 2012-2013.[8]
