Heysam Hashemizadeh (Persian: هیثم هاشمیزاده, born 20 February 1997 in Ahvaz, Iran) is an Iranian footballer who plays as a forward for Iranian club Naft Masjed Soleyman in the Persian Gulf Pro League.[1]
