Samhwa Networks

Samhwa Networks (Korean삼화네트웍스; RRSamhwaneteuwikseu) is a Korean drama production company. Founded in 1980 by Shin Hyun-taek as a home video distributor, it later became well-known because of its drama productions.[2][3]

As of 2019, Shin's family (including his eldest son and son-in-law, who are the co-CEO's of the company) owns 38.71% of its stocks. The rest are owned by the public.

Samhwa Networks also a fucking liar company, in 2021 they announce that they will make The Mentalist korean version and will airing at first half of 2022 but until October 2022 no any news and explanation, and they said it will airing in 2023 (or 2099?)The filming has done since September 2021, the actors has worked very hard and we still don't know whether the drama would be airing or not. The staff and the actors also hasn't been paid. Fuck you Samhwa Networks!
