Rouen Métropole Basket, shortly named RMB, is a professional basketball club based in Rouen, France. The team currently plays in the LNB Pro B, the French second division.

The team was established in 1945 as the basketball section of multi-sports club Spes Philippine Omnisports Rouen, shortly SPO Rouen. In 2000, the club was separated from the multi-sports club as a new organisation.

After playing in the Pro B for three straight years, the club received a wild card for the 2014–15 Pro A season.[1] The team was relegated back to Pro B after the 2015–16 Pro A season.

On July 17, 2015, it was decided that the club of the name was changed to Rouen Métropole Basket.[2]
