Rocío García Gaytán

María del Rocío García Gaytán (21 October 1959 – 3 April 2015) was a Mexican politician from the National Action Party. From 1997 to 2000, she served as Deputy of the LVII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Jalisco.[1] She also served as Director of the National Institute of Women (Inmujeres) during Felipe Calderón's government.[2] She died on April 3, 2015 from cancer.[3]
