Palvai Govardhan Reddy (November 19, 1936 – June 9, 2017)[1] was an Indian politician from the Indian National Congress Party and formerly representing the Telangana State as a Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha). [1]

He completed B.A. at Vivekavardhini College, Osmania University. [2]


He was member of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly during the terms 1967-72, 1972-78, 1978-83, 1983-85 and 1999-2004. During 2007-09 he was Member of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council.[3]

Palvayi was born in Idikuda village, Chandur Mandal, Nalgonda district of Telangana on 1936, November 19.

DeathEdit

He died of cardiac arrest on June 9, 2017 when He was on his way to attend a Parliamentary Standing Committee meeting in Kullu Himachal Pradesh.[4]
