Nilay Kartaltepe (born 13 January 1979 in Bakırköy, Istanbul) is a former Turkish professional basketball player who played for a number of teams in the Turkish Basketball Super League throughout her career. After her retirement as a player, she was assigned as the Director of Women's National Teams of the Turkish Basketball Federation.

She was the member of the national team, which won the gold medal at the 2005 Mediterranean Games in Almería, Spain and the silver medal at EuroBasket 2011 in Poland.[1]
