Marija Vuković

Marija Vuković (born 21 January 1992) is a Montenegrin athlete specializing in the high jump.

She was born to a Montenegrin family in Knin, Serb-occupied Croatia during the Croatian War of Independence. They left their hometown and emigrated to Cetinje in the 1990s.[1] By winning the 2010 World Junior Championships she became her country's first ever gold medalist in athletics at any level.[2]
