Latham is an unincorporated rural village in Moniteau County, Missouri, United States.[2] It is located six miles southwest of California. At Latham, there are two antique shops, a post office, a bank, an elementary school, a fire station, a church in-town and another just outside the village limits, and several homes,

Latham was laid out in 1880.[3] The community has the name of Judge Gardiner Latham, a first settler.[4] A post office called Latham has been in operation since 1892.[5]
