Karbala'a Football Club is an Iraqi football club based in Karbala that plays in the Iraq Division One, the second-tier of Iraqi football.
On June 23, 2013 after a match against Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, two football players of Karbala FC scored hattricks in the same game. They used tactics and pure strength against the coach and his players. Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya were left in shock after these sudden goals, After the match when they were interviewed; they told reporters all the goals were in remembrance of Mohammed Al-Saglawee; the coach of Karbala FC that died in hospital on June 7th.
Karbala International Stadium is a purpose built football stadium being constructed in Karbala, Iraq. It was opened in 2016 in which it has the capacity to hold 30,000 people and become the new home of the Club.
