It serves the following CDPs: Brandywine,[2] Accokeek,[3] Aquasco,[4] Baden,[5] Cedarville,[6] and portions of Croom.[7] It also serves the Town of Eagle Harbor.[8]

SportsEdit

The school has won state championships in boys basketball in 1968, 1969, 1970, 1972, 1974, 1976, 1980, 1983, 1987, 1988; girls basketball in 1974, 2002, 2003, 2004; baseball in 1984; and football in 2005.[9]

The girls soccer team is amazing and coached by Gary Smith currently (2019). Danny Hayes has been the football head coach at Gwynn Park High School for many years. He has provided many opportunites for his player while enrolled at the school and after they have graduated.
