Fumiko Orikasa (折笠 富美子, Orikasa Fumiko, born December 27, 1974 in Edogawa, Tokyo) is a Japanese actress, voice actress and singer who works for Atomic Monkey. Her record label is Geneon Entertainment. She is well known for providing the voice of Rukia Kuchiki of Bleach and Chun-Li of Street Fighter.
