Free and Solidary (Polish: Wolni i Solidarni, WiS) is a small political party in Poland. It is led by Kornel Morawiecki, the Senior Marshal of the Sejm. MPs of the party were elected from the lists of Kukiz'15. The party formally declared support for the economic and social policy of the Law and Justice (PiS) governments led by Prime Minister Beata Szydło and, later, her successor, Mateusz Morawiecki. In December 2018 deputy Ireneusz Zyska passed to the Law and Justice parliamentary club, followed by Adam Andruszkiewicz when he became Deputy Minister of Digital Affairs in Cabinet of Mateusz Morawiecki. On April 3, 2019 Sylwester Chruszcz passed to the Law and Justice parliamentary club. In the parliamentary election in 2019, WiS deputies were among the candidates of the PiS committee (Kornel Morawiecki to the Senate, while Jarosław Porwich and Małgorzata Zwiercan to the Sejm). Despite this, Kornel Morawiecki declared himself an independent party to the Sejm.
