Frankie McAvoy (born 9 July 1967) is a Scottish football coach, currently working as an assistant manager at Preston North End.

He was Alex Neil's first team coach at Hamilton Academical when they won promotion to the Scottish Premiership after defeating Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership Play Off Final at Easter Road on 25 May 2014. He was also one of the two first team coaches at Norwich City when they won promotion to the English Premier League after defeating Middlesbrough 2-0 at Wembley in the Championship Play Off Final on 25 May 2015.

Frankie is also the Father of former Hamilton Academical player Declan McAvoy.
