This photo is a copyrighted work, and it is (I believe) Alfie Kohn's official headshot. Permission has been given to use it on Wikipedia, but because the copyright owner was explicit in the permission given I'm not sure it's actually fair use.
- Non-free iamges of living people are not permitted under our fair use policy. If the copyright holder is interested in releasing it under license, please have them follow the instructions at WP:Consent. -- Diannaa (talk) 02:41, 2 April 2015 (UTC)
