Other information	While the copyright of the painting belongs to the heirs of Konstantin Yuon, I, Alex Bakharev (talk), believe that using a low quality reproduction of the painting for the critical commentary of the style of its author constitutes fair use as define in the copyright law of the USA Alex Bakharev (talk) 23:25, 22 March 2008 (UTC)
