Description A Vultee Vengeance dive bomber (coded NH-L, named "Dianne") of No. 12 Squadron RAAF during a mission out of Merauke, Dutch New Guinea, in December 1943. The crew was Flight Lieutenant C.J.B. Mcpherson of Horsham, Victoria (Australia), as pilot and Flight Sergeant Turner as observer.
