[/photos/129555378@N07/ sharon.corbet] Tells us that The War Memorial visible today was added in 1921, so it's before that, I have updated the date range to reflect this.
No mention of Whiskey - I will have to remedy that myself with the following short piece from official website [www.bushmills.com Bushmills.com]
1918-20 A new chapter : Bushmills Whiskey made an impression on some of the most prolific authors of the time. It gets a mention in Ulysses and, not surprisingly, in On Booze.
I know that "On Booze" is by F. Scott Fitzgerald, I am not sure about the author of other buke!!
