Summary

Description
English: Ancient Egyptian broken stela of the priest of Amun, Amenemhat, son of the Second Prophet of Amun, Patjenfi. The scene depicts Amenemhat (center) followed by his wife Khikhiw (right), making offerings to the goddess Mut (left). The upper part contains the cartouches of pharaoh Shabaqo whose name, however, was chiseled out in later times. Limestone, from Edfu in Upper Egypt, reign of Shabaqo, 25th Dynasty, Third Intermediate Period. Now In Cairo Museum, CG 46916.
