Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Williams is deceased, and his appearance in 1979 is unlikely to be met by free content. Other free content of Williams post-2000 exist but his appearance is different. The photo itself is subject of discussion and thus will not easily be replaced by free.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The image has been reduced from the full site on the Smithsonia website.
