Au centre : adoration des Mages, Crucifixion et mise au tombeau. Sur le volet de gauche : Saint Georges, sainte Madeleine, saint Jean l'Evangéliste, sainte Catherine et saint Christophe. Sur le volet de droite : Saint Antoine, saine Marguerite, saint Roi, sainte Barbe et saint Josse. Au revers panneaux peints. A gauche L'Annonciation et la Visitation. A droite la Présentaton au Temple et la Fuite en Egypte.

Commandé pour la chartreuse de Champmol en 1390, il a été réalisé en Flandre sculpté en 1391 et peint de 1393 à 1399. Il a été mis en place en 1399.
