Error: probably this is the ship "Re di Portogallo", sister to the "Re d'Italia", as in the official site of Marina Militare italiana; it's impossible to verify in these days because the part of site related to ancient ships is offline for maintenance.

Unknown. Given the famous nature of the Battle of Lissa and the involvement of both ships of this class in that battle, it is a reasonable presumption that this photograph was published in Italy before 1978 without complying with U.S. copyright formalities or after 1978 without copyright notice.
