Bahasa Indonesia: Pulau Beras Basah terletak tidak jauh daripada Pulau Cenang dan Pulau Rebak Besar . Pulau ini sebahagian daripada 104 buah pulau dalam gugusan Pulau Langkawi, Kedah, Malaysia. Jarak dari jeti Kuah, Langkawi ke pulau ini kira-kira 20 minit dengan bot laju. Sewa sebuah bot laju untuk ke beberapa buah pulau berhampiran ialah RM150.00 .
Pulau ini sering kali dijadikan tempat nelayan berteduh ketika laut bergelora ketika mereka kelaut menangkap ikan. Pulau Beras Basah mempunyai permukaan berbukit yang menghalang tiupan angin kencang dengan itu sesuai dijadikan tempat berteduh. Terdapat sebuah jeti dibina oleh kerajaan negeri Kedah memudahkan bot pelancong berlabuh. Pasir di pantainya putih dan halus tetapi kadang-kala terdapat anak obor-obor yang boleh menyebabkan badan menjadi gatal. Banyak kera terdapat di tepi pantai dan mengutip sisa makanan yang dibuang oleh para pengunjung. Pengunjung juga boleh menyewa paracut yang ditarik oleh bot laju dan melihat pemandangan indah pulau Beras Basah. |
