This non-free media file has been set up with as small a version as possible, to comply with Wikipedia's non-free content policy and United States copyright law. 1. Nintendo has released no such images into the public domain, and a replacement image could not be created that would adequately provide the same information.
2. The image is being used for no purpose other than to identify the subject of the article.
3. The image resolution has been decreased to half of the original, so copies made from it would be of inferior quality.
4. The use of this image neither detracts from the game nor inhibits its salability in any way.
