Français : Arrêté le 11 novembre 1942 pour avoir voulu résister, dans son commandement de la XVIème division militaire de Montpellier, à l'invasion de la zone libre par l'armée allemande, le Général Jean de Lattre fut emprisonné dans ce fort de Montluc -du 8 Décembre 1942 au 9 Janvier 1943- avant d'être jugé à Lyon par le tribunal d'état, juridiction d'exception.
