Fair use in Subud edit

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and the stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:

1. It illustrates an educational article about the Subud Association, which was founded by Muhammad Subuh Sumohadiwidjojo.
2. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the subject of the founder of the Subud association.
3. It is a low resolution image, and thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.
4. The photo is only being used for informational purposes.
5. It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value - as Muhammad Subuh Sumohadiwidjojo passed away in 1987.
6. The picture of Bapak Muhammad Subuh is very significant to the readers understanding of the history of Subud. His world tours and explanations of the spiritual experience are crucial to understanding the Latihan as practiced by Subud members, and the dynamics of how the organisation functions in the world. Without his picture a reader gets a very distorted image of Subud as the webpage will only have pictures of European persons.
