English: Russian Federation, Medal "Admiral Kuznetsov". Instituted on 27 January 2003 by ministerial order 25. Awarded to naval personnel of the Navy of the Russian Federation for excellence in training; for impeccable service on ships, submarines or in a naval air crew for at least 5 years, in other naval formations for at least 10 years; for the successful implementation of tasks from at least 3 armed services; for great personal contribution to the high alert status of ships, submarines, aircraft or shore naval installations; for skilled, competent leadership of subordinate personnel and proactive, decisive actions that contribute to the success of naval combat operations; to other persons for merit in strengthening the combat readiness of the Navy.

Décernée au personnel de la Marine de Guerre de Russie pour excellence dans la formation; pour service impeccable à bord des navires, des sous-marins ou dans un équipage aéronaval pendant au moins 5 ans, dans d'autres formations navales pendant au moins 10 ans; pour la mise en œuvre réussie de tâches d'au moins 3 des services armés, pour une grande contribution personnelle à l'état d'alerte élevé de navires, sous-marins, aéronefs ou installations terrestres de la marine, pour un leadership competent et proactif du personnel subalterne, pour des actions décisives qui contribuent à la réussite des opérations de combat naval; à d'autres personnes pour mérite dans la préparation au combat de la Marine.
Русский: Медаль Министерства обороны РФ "Адмирал Кузнецов". Учреждена приказом Министерства обороны РФ № 25 от 27.01.2003 г. Медалью Министерства обороны РФ "Адмирал Кузнецов" (далее именуется -медаль) награждаются военнослужащие Военно-Морского Флота за: отличные показатели в боевой подготовке; безупречную службу на кораблях, подводных лодках и на должностях лётного состава морской авиации не менее 5 лет, а в других морских воинских частях - не менее 10 лет; успешное выполнение задач не менее 3 боевых служб; большой личный вклад в обеспечение высокой боевой готовности кораблей, подводных лодок, летательных аппаратов и береговых воинских частей ВМФ; умелое, грамотное руководство подчиненным личным составом и инициативные, решительные действия, способствовавшие успешному выполнению боевых задач кораблей, подводных лодок, летательных аппаратов в течение учебного года.
