• It is used for a non-commercial and hopefully educational purpose.
• It is representative of the work:

It shows the five of the main characters.

It shows the characters in a classic situation.

• It is only a small part of the overall work, i.e. half of a single day's installment.
• It should not affect the commercial viability of the copyright (IMHO it should enhance it).
